Terms and Conditions

TRULEDGE is committed to delivering premium products and a transparent purchasing experience. These Terms of Sale set out the conditions under which products are sold via www.truledge.com (“the Site”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Product Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen display settings.
- Minor measurement tolerances may occur due to manufacturing variations.
- Packaging may differ from images shown
- Images are for illustrative purposes only.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before processing your order and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products.
A legally binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Cancel suspected fraudulent orders
- Limit purchase quantities
If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded promptly.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and Stripe integrations.
We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. TRULEDGE does not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback claim where goods have been delivered in accordance with the order and valid tracking confirms receipt.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timeframes are outlined in our Delivery Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. TRULEDGE shall not be liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, adverse weather conditions, industrial action or events beyond our reasonable control.
8. Consumer Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn
- Be unwashed
- Be in resaleable condition
- Have all original tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
9. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
10. Pre-Orders
From time to time, TRULEDGE may offer products for pre-order. Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but available for advance purchase. Estimated dispatch dates will be clearly stated on the product page.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- Estimated dispatch dates are approximate and may change due to manufacturing or supply chain factors.
- Full payment is taken at the time of placing the pre-order.
- Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
- We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.
Your statutory cancellation rights apply once the item has been delivered.
11. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or negligence. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
