Returns Window
You have 14 days from delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
How To Return
- Email info@truledge.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will supply return instructions.
- Send items using a tracked service.
- Retain proof of postage.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In a resaleable condition
- With all original tags attached
Returns not meeting these conditions will be refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed as faulty.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after inspection and returned via the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with clear photographs. Where a fault is confirmed, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
